Thathera-trained artisans raise and spiral-hammer a solid brass blank, forming hundreds of uniform dimples that shimmer with light. - Lost-wax cast sparrow & gold rim – Sialkot, Pakistan
A wax-modeled bird and ring are cast in brass, gilded in a rich 24 kt-look wash, and neatly soldered to the platter’s edge for a sculptural accent. - Mirror polish & protective lacquer – Lahore, Pakistan
Successive buffing wheels create a liquid-silver sheen before a food-safe lacquer seals in the shine and makes clean-up effortless.
- Wipe & buff dry right after serving—no soaking.
- Hand-wash in warm, mild suds; skip abrasives and harsh chemicals.
- Polish gently, when needed, to keep the silver glow true.
- Store solo in a velvet bag - provided to keep it scratch-free.
